Raising the Bar for Agile/Lean/DevOps Training in Victoria

Objective: Round table discussion on opportunities to raise the bar for training Agile/Lean/DevOps here in Victoria. Recent research observations will be brought forward by thought leaders in this informal setting.

Background: Several sources have identified the importance of teaching Agile / Lean / DevOps principles and processes to the next generation of IT professionals as well as to non-IT staff who are participating on these projects (e.g. as Product Owners and subject matter experts.) There is also the continued need to train up IT-professionals to be effective in continuous delivery and continuous integration (e.g. for DevOps)
