CNC Build Project Night
The CNC Club is a monthly meeting of Chicago area people passionate about learning, building and using digital fabrication equipment. It is held at the Pumping Station One (http://www.pumpingstationone.org/) Hackerspace. It is open to non members. Members keep in touch between meetups with our CNC Build Club (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/cnc-build-club) Google Group. Each meeting we build, train on, discuss and use CNC machines. At the most common meetup location there are 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC routers and vinyl cutters. Please RSVP, but don't be concerned about the low RSVP count. Most of the regulars neglect to RSVP, and we usually get between 10 and 30 people per meetup. Note: meetups are most often monthly now, with other events announced as needed.

What we're about

The CNC Build Club is a group of people working on numerically controlled machines (3D printers, laser cutters, routers, etc). We meet every Thursday night at Pumping Station: One, Chicago's Premier hackerspace. Regardless of your experience level, you can become part of the digital fabrication revolution by joining a project already in progress, or come up with your own idea and recruit others to work with you!
