Unplug & Play is Jervis Library's semi-monthly tabletop game night, held on the first Wednesday second Saturday, and third Tuesday each month. If you have a favorite game you want to play, please bring it, or you can choose from the large selection of games the library has in its programming and circulating collections. Feel free to discuss what you're gaming preferences are, what you plan to bring, or what you'd like to play in the comments below.
Sessions take place in the auditorium on the 4th floor.

This is our monthly miniatures gaming session! We get together to play games such as X-Wing, Warhammer 40K, Age of Sigmar, Massive Darkness, Super Dungeon Explore!, Ogre or anything else we decide to try that involves miniatures. Learn a new game or play an old favorite!
The cost is absolutely free, and we encourage you to come even if you have no models of your own. Just let us know what game you would like to try, and if someone has extra models they will be brought for you to use. If you want to play a game that involves miniatures bring it. There will likely be someone willing to give it a play.

HobbyTown in Clinton, NY, offers open gaming in their side activity room on the last Saturday of the month. Store co-owner and event host Kimberly Miller says, "The room is open to anyone wanting to throw down a game. We do have demo games available for your use. Best of all, this event is Free! There is currently space for about 16 people and it is wheelchair accessible." They encourage you to BYO games and until the store has snacks to sell, you may BYO snacks and (non-alcoholic) beverages. The store's goal is to keep the environment family-friendly, so appropriate behavior and language will be expected and appreciated.
