Weekly Toastmasters Meeting
Guests are always welcome at each weekly meeting. We typically have 1-2 scheduled speakers, a Toastmaster who runs the meeting, a Table Topics master who provides a variety of interesting topics for impromptu speaking practice, and speech evaluations. All members get to take turns filling leadership and speaking roles, and guests are welcome to speak at all meetings during introductions and/or table topics. (By "welcome" to speak, we mean that you will be invited to introduce yourself and to share why you are visiting us and what you hope to learn from being there - but that invitation to speak is loose, you are under no obligation to do so!) No RSVP is required to attend our meetings as a guest, so please come visit us at any time to see what our club is like!

What we're about

The CO Xpressionists Toastmasters Club meets every Wednesday at noon at the Xilinx Learning Center, 1951 S Fordham St, at the intersection of S Fordham St and Health Dr, just northwest of Hwy 119 in southwest Longmont. Please see our photo showing directions to this new location. Membership is open to the public and guests are always welcome to visit any meeting. You do not have to RSVP here in order to attend.

At each weekly meeting, we generally have 1-2 scheduled speakers along with a Toastmaster who is in charge of running the meeting and a Table Topics master who provides a variety of interesting topics for impromptu speaking practice. The speakers are evaluated, and the meeting concludes with a general evaluation. We do sometimes have special meetings ... namely our signature TM Talks, holiday auction meeting, table-topics-only meetings, and group visits from other local area clubs.

Whether you are at the beginning of your public speaking journey, or if you are looking for a club to further develop your speaking skills, we encourage you to come to a meeting to see what we're all about. We strive to ensure the needs of our members are being met and we have the flexibility to tailor meeting agendas to accommodate special speaking requests.
