Leland Keller and Lucas Mouttet of Fort Collins Utilities will cover Fort Collins Utilities’ Residential Solar Rebate Program and Distributed Battery Storage Pilot, as well as the upcoming transition to a Time-of-Day rate structure (or Time of Use/TOU).

Leland Keller manages the Fort Collins Utilities Residential Solar Rebate Program, Community Solar Program, and Distributed Battery Storage Pilot. As a career sustainability professional, he has 25 years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, renewables, sustainable construction and energy-water nexus research. He lives with his wife, 11-year old son in Longmont.

Lucas Mouttet is the Customer Accounts Manager for Fort Collins Utilities, managing business relations and communications. He has worked on energy and water efficiency, customer relations, fire restoration and education with the Utilities for the past 10 years.

The presentation will be held at Odell Brewing Company’s taproom at 800 E. Lincoln Avenue in Fort Collins. Doors open at 7 pm with presentation commencing at 7:30 and running through 8:30 pm.
