Have you wanted to harness the power of the sun on your roof, but don’t know where to start?

The Colorado Renewable Energy Society (CRES) and our Northern Chapter (NCRES) are proud to Partner with Solar United Neighbors (SUN) who have pioneered an innovative solar Cooperative model that’s helped thousands of homeowners go solar. Please join us at the CSU Powerhouse to learn more about Solar United Neighbor’s innovative model that’s launching in Fort Collins and the Steamboat/Yampa Valley area. The presentation will cover residential solar energy and how the co-op simplifies the process of going solar while providing a discount through its bulk purchasing power. SUN is also a winner of an Innovate Fort Collins grant for launching this innovated program in Fort Collins.

Solar United Neighbors of Colorado is a vendor-neutral nonprofit organization ready to help guide you on your solar journey. Solar power keeps energy dollars in your pocket, supports the local economy, and offsets climate disruption. SUN’s solar cooperative can guide you through your options to go solar with no obligation until you’re ready to sign a contract with an installer which is selected by participants of the co-op.

You don’t have to be a Fort Collins utilities customer to attend, as SUN will be planning additional cooperatives throughout Colorado. This meeting will be free to the public and feature light snacks and beverages.

Remember this event will take place onThursday, March 7th, 2019, 6:30 PM at the Powerhouse Energy Campus, 430 N College Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80524
