A fun group of people who meet every Tuesday morning at Rancho San Antonio in Cupertino (off Hwy 280 & 85) for an early morning networking hike. It's a terrific way to keep fit and meet interesting people at the same time. This is a particularly good group for people who may be in career transition mode, because of the group's philosophy of mutual support, the power of networking and a group hike! Hike is usually complete within one and half hours so you can get on with your day and feel fantastic because you have had a great workout! We hope you can join us soon!

Have you ever froze like a deer in the headlights when you were asked a question? Improv can help you overcome these challenges.

Yes, Improv (short for improvisational theater) skills are known for making you funnier. And they are useful tools you can use to confidently speak up in the moment.

In this highly interactive session you can pick up the tools to strengthen your communication skills by developing your improv muscle. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and practice easy improv exercises which improve your ability to listen, speak and think “on your feet”. No lines to memorize, just come ready to have fun and stretch your comfort zone.

Speaker’s bio:
Elaine Lung speaks about and coaches people on applying improv skills to speaking, leadership and team building. She has studied improv with the Bay Area improv schools: ComedySportz, BATS, and Made Up Theatre. She is a Certified World Class Speaking Coach, Distinguished Toastmaster, and co-founder of the first Bay Area Toastmasters club that specializes in applied improv skills: the Silicon Valley ImprovMasters.
