Overview of topic:
Think of some of the different ways people like to spend their free time. One person may enjoy lying on the beach reading a good mystery novel. Another may participate in sports. Others go hiking or exploring. Another absolutely loves to focus 100% attention on video games.
In staff meetings, some people talk and others listen. Some people call attention to themselves while others are low key.
Such differences are not random, they represent predictable patterns of behaviors. In this Presentation, you’ll learn a practical and convenient framework for understanding introversion and extroversion.
Learning about these differences will give you new insight into and appreciation of own your behavior. You’ll see why you get along with some people better than others. You will also better understand and appreciate the behavior of your co-workers, significant other, family and friends.
