Overview of topic:
As with any transition, your career transition is part of life and business. Nevertheless, job transitions play havoc with our self-confidence, health, attitude and general outlook in life. But it’s not all doom and gloom; subtle shifts in perspective and mindset can convert this event into a positive and fulfilling experience.

During our conversation, I will share with you how to 1) increase self-awareness, 2) gradually modify habits and 3) help you come out of this transition with a different and better perspective than you had when you left your last job. Transitions are great opportunities for growth and to help you get from where you are to where you want to be; it all depends on your mindset.
