After spending initial years in mainstream IT (Information & Technology) space, Dr. Anil moved ahead in ICT4D sector for developing digitally empowered society & got involved in various policy & advocacy related campaigns with multilateral agencies like UN-ITU/Geneva, UN-ESCAP/Thailand, Info-Dev/British Council, ITiRA/Australia, GKP/Malaysia, GCNP/Canada, One-World & Panos South-Asia/Nepal to name few.
