This group is for those interested in improving their current life condition. Whether you would like to increase your conscious awareness, learn how to manage chronic pain through self-hypnosis, or get together to share your self-improvement journey.
These meet-ups will include workshops for Introduction to Hypnotherapy, Guided Relaxation and Self-Hypnosis, Self-Hypnosis for Chronic Pain and more. We will also get together to share our own self-hypnosis stories, share affirmations, talk about inspirational books, support and uplift each-other as we work through challenges.
