Dear All ,

I announced for this event in many places and websites so the number of participants Egyptains and Forgienres More than you see .

I will meet you all inside the beautiful garden of Al- Masalah in Zamalek :

If you want to reach us inside the Park we will start our day at 3:00 p.m, go straight in the direction of Qasr El-Nil bridge then turn left just before the bridge. You will find Al-Jazera park on your right and Novotel Hotel on your left. Then you'll find aAl- Andalus Park on the left. Then under the bridge you will find Al-Masalah Garden .

Easily this day will for all members and friends from all countries around the world don't hestate to invite all your friends egyptians or non- egyptians .
Bring a food from your country or soft drinks as well .
Surprise : We have a music band in this day for a music .
Day Program:
3 p.m -3.30 p.m Explain for the main idea and explore the garden .
3.35 p.m - 6:45 p.m
sports from world : Yoga & meditation ...etc.
Language Groups : German - English ( British N American ) - French - Polish ....Etc.
Games and Exchange cultures .
7:00 p.m End of the day and we can arrange for anther one .
Come in comfortable shoes and clothes and bring your yoga mat .
Bring water and the drinks you need .
Don't Forget your sunglasses and your hat .
your own stuff is totally your responsibilty .
Bring your country flag .
You can bring any mat or rug if you don't have a yoga mat or any mat like prayer mat .
Invite all your friends .
This event is Totally free .
Don't Eat any food before training .
you can tell us about your experience in energy .
Tell us If you have any problems in your body before exercises .
-Follow the instructions and guidance in yoga exercise for maximum benefit .
Acceptable suggestions and assistance is required.
-If you have a problem with any thing don't talk with anyone other than the organizer .
-Vinyasa Yoga Is a Fitness yoga and stretching Exercises .
Entrance Fees for Masalah Garden is for Egyptians : 5 L.E and non - Egyptians : 10 L.E - for Camera 50 L.E .
