• Coaching in an Agile context
Do you want to be a more effective coach? Come and see a coaching session between a local Scrum Master (PSM) and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who also has an ICAgile Coaching Certification. In addition to debriefing a recorded coaching session together, we will talk about what it takes to be a great coach. The takeaway will be a personal coaching improvement backlog - a tangible plan you can use to thoughtfully improve your coaching when you’re back in your daily circumstances. BIO Nicola McCrabbe is an expert on helping people to thrive in the workplace. Having worked for many years in corporate software development and in academia as a Computer Science Professor at Mount Royal University, she "gets" the technical stuff, but sees the importance of the people stuff. She made the transition from a Computer Science junkie to a People junkie and believes that Better People make for Better Teams and Organizations. For the last eight years, she has worked with leading national and international coaching organizations, coaching more than 250 clients in the US and Canada. This past year she had the amazing opportunity to coach participants in the Stanford University Executive Program. Additional Details Come at 6pm and enjoy complimentary food and refreshments.
