Meet & Greet & Retreat Info

A lot of people have signed up to our group over the past couple of months and since we won't have formal meditation sessions until the fall, I thought y'all might like a chance to meet some of us sooner. We can answer questions about our group, about meditation, and about Buddhism.

For existing members, hope you can also come out and catch up with us!

ALSOOOOO - we are having a retreat at the end of August, so if you'd like to find out more about that we can answer those questions too.

We will have reservations at Limericks Pub from 7:00-8:30pm. Ask for the Meditation Group. Drop in anytime, stay as long as you'd like!
