What we're about

Meet with other local Motorcycle Riders! Gather to plan rides -- long and short. Discuss riding tips and more! Plan other activities as well such as ATV rides or Skiing get together. Anything goes but members MUST have a motorcycle as this is the main reason for this group.

Do tell us a bit more about yourself, your fav rides and of course your ride (Hey part of the fun is chatting about your beloved, the bike that is). Doesn't matter if it's big, small, tiny, gigantic as long as you ride.

Everyone is to RIDE their own RIDE. Safety first. Ride your own pace and NEVER feel pressured to ride someone else’s.

We implement 3 time no show and you are out policy, so please update your RSVP.

For new prospective group members, please see this page before signing up. Current members go read this again as a reminder.

Epic Ride Sharing Meetup - Trapped Inside and Dreaming of Adventure

We may be in the depths of winter, but the time to dream about summer adventure is now! This meetup is basically a show and tell exercise for adults where we hear about the favorite ride adventures of others, the routes they have taken, what to see, what to avoid etc. This is not to be confused with our annual planning of meetup rides which is a separate meetup coming up 2 weeks later. In order to make this work we will need a minimum of three people who are willing to share a 5-15 minute talk about one of their favorite rides that they have been on. We will use a projector or large TV connected to a laptop, and a you can either use presentation template that I can provide for you or just show some pictures and maps - whatever you prefer. Keep in mind that these rides do not have to be epic rides to South America, or other around the world types of adventures. They can be simple Alberta or BC rides, including some details and experiences that others may want to learn from, or a 5 day ride in BC, or a tour in to Idaho etc.... If you DO have that epic ride around the world, that would be cool too! I think this will be interesting and a fun way to break up the winter and help us dream about adventures for the upcoming season. While everyone is welcome to attend we cannot do this without at least a few volunteers willing to share their experiences, so please take a leap and give it a go. I can help you with any formatting or presentation help that you might need. Suggested Format: 1. Opening Picture of you and your bike on the ride (if possible) 2. Google Map 3. Highlights (details on what to see, where to eat, where to stay etc.) 4. Low-lights (things to watch out for, or avoid) 5. “Things I would do differently next time around” Send it to me and I can put it in a slide format for you if you like. If you have questions – just let me know.
