How to kick off a UX project - Online workshop
Details
Jill DaSilva will teach us how to start a project, the basics of ideation and wire-framing. This is the second UX workshop of the series. Together we will build a project from scratch, collaborate and take our skills to the next level.
What we will learn this session:
- High-level Overview of UX Design process (This is basically your format for a case study outline ;)
What we will practice in this session:
- Defining the problem
- Defining the persona/s (target market) and scenario
- Competitive & Comparative analysis
- User flow
- Wire-framing (sketching your designs)
- Ending Q&A and next steps

About the instructor:
Jill DaSilva is the CEO and Founder of the design agency Digital Karma. From an early age, Jill has been programming and creating digital experiences, which led to her professional success in User Experience and Product Strategy. Jill is a IxD Advisory Board Member for Santa Monica College. While as a lead instructor at General Assembly Jill was recognized for her exemplary service by being included as a member of the Distinguished Faculty program. Also, Jill was voted as one of the 50 LA Tech CEOS you must follow on Twitter.
