Serpentine Chaparral and grasslands on the Clarkia Trail Hike #2, Edgewood Park

Details

Join Paul Heiple and Ken Himes on a mid spring walk along the Clarkia Trail. Plants of the Serpentine chaparral and serpentine grasslands will be featured. In addition, Paul will comment about the improvements to the grasslands along the western Clarkia Trail as yellow star thistle is reduced. Such plants as narrow-leaf milkweed (Asclepias fascicularis) have increased dramatically.

Space is limited. No drop-ins. RSVP is required. We have arranged for 2 hikes (March and April). Please register for one hike only to allow others to attend. You must RSVP here.
