For those of you that missed the ride this past Saturday, the window for Metrolink is closed again. I hope the trains start running again so we can do some more rides from Orange County.
SATURDAY, June 10 — Let’s meet at Doyle Park on the Regents Road side and be ready to ride at 8:30 AM. We’ll ride to Cabrillo Monument and back. The course I’ve planned is a little over 50 miles. If you have a National Park pass, please bring it as it’s good for 4 people. We usually have enough passes for all of us to ride without paying again.

Doyle Park is on Regents Road, about a block south of Nobel near UTC.
Reminder, we usually go to lunch after the ride. My choice is Urban Plates when we ride from Doyle Park but I can be convinced otherwise.
I expect this ride to take about 4 1/2 hours but it depends how everyone rides. This is a no-drop ride.
Please let me know if you are planning on riding with us on Saturday by email to [masked] as I want to bring enough cue sheets and be able to notify you if the ride gets canceled (unlikely).

Each Monday from June until August a group of dedicated riders will join the We Live Yes! campaign for weekly rides together to show support for the Arthritis Foundation's California Coast Classic Bike Tour. Rides will be hosted by Carly Panchura every Monday at 3pm Pacific / 6pm Eastern Standard Time.
See full schedule here for links for descriptions and Peloton links to all the rides here.
Message from Carly: I was diagnosed with RA when I was a teenager, and while I won’t be riding the PCH with the California Coast Classic Bike Tour given the issues this disease has presented me with, I WILL be orchestrating a series of ACE training rides on my Peloton bike! I’m inviting friends, family, colleagues and Arthritis Foundation supporters who have Peloton to join me!
Follow us at #WeLiveYes on Peloton and We_Live_Yes on IG to join in!
Instructions to riders: Don't select "join session" if/when prompted on the bike. If you’d like to plan out your workouts a few weeks in advance, click on the tile in the attachment, click “SCHEDULE”, choose the date and time as Monday (Date) (6pm EST or your respective time-zone), then click “ADD TO SCHEDULE”. If you’d like to follow our Instagram page for weekly inspiration and updates, please visit We_Live_Yes.
Please distribute far and wide to your Peloton riding crew! Thank you for your tremendous support of the Foundation and for patients like me. The resources the AF provides are life changing and you should be proud of your accomplishments in fundraising as well as awareness for this great organization.
