For a calm, focused and empowering way to start the day, take time out and join us once a week for the practice of meditation in the heart of the city at Federation Square.
The half hour meditations offer guidance through gentle commentary, soothing music and a bit of quiet and are suitable both for experienced meditators and those new to meditation.
We'd like to invite you to join a growing community also sharing a vision of spreading calm into the city.
You'll find us every Thursday morning, 8.00-8.30am in the Atrium, Federation Square - it's the place to 'be'! 😌 #calminthecity

Calm in the City is a 2011 not-for-profit community initiative - bringing calm into the heart of the city. We offer Free Guided Meditations, Silence Retreats, Special Music and Meditation Events - see calminthecity2015.eventbrite.com.au
