The Caltech Entrepreneurs Forum is a non-profit, volunteer based organization that encourages the growth and success of technology-based entrepreneurial ventures in Southern California. Through its monthly programs, the Forum provides advice, support, education and networking opportunities to technology-based ventures in the Southern California area.
Programs address a range of key entrepreneurial issues from financing, venture capital, angel investing, marketing and business planning to executive leadership and staffing in key technology sectors such as life sciences, medical technologies, energy, software, communications and entertainment technologies.
California’s 2045 target to decarbonize energy systems is today’s baseline for energy initiatives, entrepreneurs, and investors. Pending the holy grail of direct and easy conversion of solar energy, the spectrum of opportunities ranges over ever-better batteries, taming bursty energy demands, and incentives to convert to electricity. Whether based on AI or chemistry, new ventures will have a receptive turf for growth. Our speakers will explore the varied facets of our decarbonizing and greening our future.
