Here is the agenda for the event (times in bold are kept punctual while other intermediate times may vary from one meeting to the other):

8:45-9:15 free networking

9:15-9:30 welcome & intros: you can introduce yourself, your project, a burning topic, whatever you like, within 20 seconds. After the intros are completed we allow up to 6 people in each meeting to book a 3 minute slot and pitch just ask the chair on the day, first come, first served.

9:30-10:00 Moderated discussion, usually around topics of marketing, sales and business development for small businesses.

10:00 - wrap up and conclusions - followed by free networking, discussion groups and follow up conversations...
