Ted Talk Speaker to Discuss Potential of Blockchain Technology

Our guest will be Neha Narula (http://nehanarula.org/), director at MIT Media Lab Digital Currency Initiative (https://www.media.mit.edu/research/highlights/media-lab-digital-currency-initiative) (DCI). She is an amazing presenter, made famous by her Ted Talk "The Future of Money (https://www.ted.com/talks/neha_narula_the_future_of_money)," which so far has garnered 1.7 million views.

Neha will be talking to us about the potential of blockchain technology.

Blockchain is poised to have a dramatic impact on the world, but right now, we are still in the early days, building out the protocol and putting together the pieces for how everything will work.

Neha will walk us through why blockchain is exciting, and what its impact will be on the future of finance, trade, and our world in general.

And since Neha leads the blockchain research at the DCI, she will also be updating us on some of the latest blockchain projects MIT is working on.
