Body & Brain Cambridge offers classes in energy & relaxation yoga, tai chi, and meditation. Our classes combine various stretching, body tapping, dynamic meditation, breathing and core strengthening with energy exercises to create a healthy body, happier and more peaceful mind. Relax and feel more energized at the same time! All levels welcome.
