Talk about the G1000 Cambridge and how people can help organise the event

Join us on Tues May 2nd 18:00 ( https://goo.gl/maps/ocU5PwTHP6S2 ) at the Grad Pad to hear more about the upcoming Cambridge G1000.

A G1000 is a one-day gathering for a representative group of city residents, invited via random selection. They discuss what they would like to see happen in their local community and have the opportunity to take these ideas forward themselves.

G1000s have been run with great success in Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, and elsewhere. We are looking to run the first one in the UK this September.

Following the meeting on May 2nd, we are holding a planning workshop on the weekend of 13th/14th May, supported by the G1000 Netherlands team.

We are looking for about 50 people to join us with planning and setting up this event.
