Welcome to the third Cambridge Genomics Group Meetup. This event will revolve around the theme of Genomics & Deep AI.
We have the privilege to host three speakers:
7.00-7.30pm Dr Shamith Samarajiwa (MRC Cancer Unit, University of Cambridge) - "Data Science Approaches for Cancer Epigenomics"
7.30-7.45pm Mr Chris Constant (Boston Limited) - "vScaler, an integrated and finely-tuned hybrid cloud platform"
7.45-8.00pm Dr Ed Mountjoy (Open Targets) - "Machine Learning to Prioritise Genes in GWAS Data"
