Thursday 21st March, 6.30pm -9.00pm - Hotel Du Vin, Cambridge

We look forward to welcoming you to the next Cambridge HUG in March. After the usual networking, drinks and nibbles, we’ll be sitting down for some invaluable expert advice from our seasoned speaker, Jeremy Knight, followed by Jon Parsons of Mobas Group.

The evening will focus on the mutual efforts of sales and marketing, and how you can manipulate this to success. We’ll explore website planning with UX and UI, and how an agile approach might be the best route.

About the evening's talks:

Sales Enablement in HubSpot | Jeremy Knight - Founder & CEO, Equinet Media

Sales Enablement is defined by HubSpot as ‘the technology, processes and content that empower sales teams to sell efficiently at a higher velocity’. Sales and marketing have always been inextricably linked, but managing the mutual efforts of both often presents a challenge for many organisations.

Jeremy’s presentation will break down the fundamentals of a Sales Enablement strategy, and demonstrate how using HubSpot's associated tools can help you shorten the sales cycle, drive success and help your marketing and sales teams work together for mutual success.

Planning websites using an agile approach puts the user right at its heart | Jon Parsons - Head of Digital, Mobas Group

This talk will explore how to use an agile approach when planning your next website. Agile puts the user right at the heart of the site, prioritising information architecture, user experience and website functionality. Touching on user profiles, site objectives and KPIs, Jon will talk us through the crucial scoping phase of a website project.

Join us for drinks in the Library from 6.30pm followed by presentations in the Ruinart Room. Afterwards, there will be opportunity for further discussions and drinks.

See you there!
