This is a social group for people who are exploring nonduality in the Cambridge area to meet each other and share ideas and experiences.
We welcome a range of perspectives drawing from diverse expressions of nondual teachings such as those of Adyashanti, AH Almaas, Alan Watts, Byron Katie, David Loy, Eckhart Tolle, Elias Amidon, Francis Bennett, Jeff Foster, Krishnamurti, Loch Kelly, Mooji, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Peter Fenner, Ramana Maharshi, Rupert Spira, Sam Harris, Tara Brach, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche and others, as well as our own unique expressions and understandings.
Explorers of Buddhist nondual approaches, Advaita Vedanta, Sufism, other wisdom traditions and contemporary secular teachings are welcome.
This is mainly a group for people who already have some understanding and experience of nondual teachings. It's less suitable for people who are new to these ideas as there won't really be introductions or instructions - sorry! But we don't want to turn people away, so everyone is welcome to join on this basis. There is a lot of good free content online if you want to check out what some of the above teachers have to say and see if any of these perspectives resonate with you.
Voluntary donations will be invited from time to time to cover the costs of the meetup group. Offers of help with the running of the group and its events are welcome :-)
We hope to see you soon at one of our meetups!
We also have a Facebook group you are welcome to join:
