The goal of training is to work on the 5-steps of Brain Education. The 5 steps are Brain Sensitizing, Versatlizing, Refreshing, Integrating, and Mastery. Typical classes will be geared more towards sensitizing, and some versatilizing and refreshing. Our classes are good for ages 8-80. You will become for flexible in mind and body, more adaptable to stress and new information, and happier. Classes generally include stretching, joint exercises, strengthening, breathing, and meditation. The body is used to help sensitize the brain to its body and energy. Specific exercises are also geared towards balancing the left and right brain hemispheres.
