Every workout is different. It is a 5 week program (1st week endurance training, 2nd strength & agility, 3rd week interval training, and 4th week peak conditioning- mix of all, then 5th week is our rest and recovery workouts for BOLD members)! COME GET YOUR SWEAT ON!
