Description: Zeebe is an emerging workflow engine from Camunda, designed from the ground-up to be cloud-native and horizontally scalable. It removes the centralized database from the equation and uses distributed processing and replication to achieve fault-tolerance. It’s based on stream-processing and event-sourcing rather than record mutation under the hood.

In this talk, we’ll look at how Zeebe works internally, and how to design systems that leverage it as a workflow engine.

Speaker: Josh Wulf is a Developer Advocate at Camunda, and the maintainer of the Zeebe Node.js client.
