***Creativity & Innovation 2 Sharpen YOUR Professional Edge*** Adrian Reynolds

Adrian Reynolds was headhunted by a leading London ad agency, and became interested in screenwriting. His first film treatment secured him a meeting with Tim Bevan, producer of hits including Four Weddings And A Funeral. TV drama commissions and acclaimed short films followed, and he has developed projects across forms including comics, theatre, and animation. In this session, Adrian will be sharing some of his insights, and the methods he's used to develop projects in the commercial and creative sectors.

NLP has played a big role in Adrian's achievements, and as well as regular trainings with Richard Bandler he was part of the team led by Michael Breen modelling remote viewer Joe McMoneagle and bio-energy healer Seka Nikolic. Adrian was one of the members of the invite-only mentoring group led by Eric Robbie, and beyond NLP is influenced by Robert Anton Wilson and adventures with what some people think of as magic or energy work.

"Adrian Reynolds treats NLP the same way he treats everything else - with creativity. And disciplined creativity at that. The result is, you look at stuff you knew, or thought you knew, with smiling fresh eyes." Eric Robbie, NLP developer and one of the first three NLP Master Trainers.

Thanks Adrian for your inspiring talk of creativity, and for sharing your passion. Some further explorations since yesetrday have lead me to James C. Kaufman, and Mark Beeman (both mentioned in Make Me Creative (Ep2) Todd Sampson's Redesign My Brain). Thanks especially for the idea that if we put the work in from our side, something else collaborates and comes to meet us from the other, which had a big impact on me - very motivating. Best wishes for all your future creative projects, Anand

I really enjoyed Saturday's event. Adrian brought an authentic perspective to the important topics of creativity and innovation, from his extensive experience as a scriptwriter and working in the film industry.

He suggested useful techniques to disrupt ingrained ways of thinking, and to stimulate imagination, which ultimately leads to creativity, innovation and progress through awareness, applicable to whatever the situation may be. This is what many so many of us in NLP practice to achieve.

The Q+A section at the end was enlightening.
