This was a great and transformative session. I enjoyed it and highly benefited from gaining a range of information on well-formed outcomes that will help me to manifest my ambitious, yet, achievable goals. Far from formal, the session was well organised and brilliantly facilitated by Paul, with lots of valuable contributions from members. Both content and delivery had a clear potential for inspiring and facilitating growth. I've already started to use some of the tools and strategies discussed: as a result, I feel empowered and more equipped to positively tackle this new chapter of my life. Upwards and onwards!

Another really good event organised by Paul and attended by fellow enthusiastic NLP friends. I enjoyed learning about well-formed outcomes, and we had quite a debate on the "ecology" aspect of the model. I took away a clear reminder of the importance of ecology in formulating goals. In particular I related to the 4 questions mentioned by Anand, highlighting the need to consider what does and does not happen when a goal is or is not achieved. Nice to see regular faces, meet new people, and Happy New Year to all!

Thank you Paul, for putting together a really useful "goal growing" session. I took away alot from it, but mainly my gratitude with the time and efforts you took to help understand me, and what I wanted to achieve with my goal. I am indebted to you, and will definitely attend your future sessions. You are a truly compassionate and caring practitioner, and that comes through in everything you do.

  Oftentimes, as mentioned, I like to address 'ecology' in advance... and to use the 'ecology' step as a means to explore with the client which area of their life they would like to focus on and build goals to meet the client's needs, wants and desires, in that area of life.
  
  The truth is you can integrate any effective coaching tool into your NLP practice as NLP is about applying what works well for you and others and doing the good stuff better and better. Like you, I am continuing to learn new ways of incorporating information and feelings into resources that can make us stronger, more optimistic and brighter for now and the future.
