Whether you’re worried about your health or the health of loved ones, trying to navigate sudden unemployment or wondering what happens next in the face of uncertainty, you’re not alone.
As things develop during the COVID-19 pandemic, there’s one thing just about everybody has in common: A HUGE increase in anxiety.
With all the restrictions that have put in place, including social distancing and self-isolation, I’ve decided to move this event ONLINE.
I’m going to use the ZOOM platform to host the event. Make sure you have your mobile device or laptop handy, a pair of headphones (preferably) and an internet connection – and you’ll be ready to go.

We’ll run through the basics of 'What is Anxiety' and discuss some of the finer details about where it comes from, what triggers it and why/how it affects us physically. I’ll then show you various ways to reduce your own symptoms of anxiety.
This will allow you to create some confidence, self-esteem and positive changes in your life.
I'll be giving away FREE gifts to all attendees.
This is a non-judgmental, safe environment where I believe you’ll be able to utilise a chat window if you wish. You can contribute and ask questions or simply sit, listen, absorb and enjoy. (You can always email me later with more private questions.)
This is the first time I’ve hosted the event online and I’d love things to run smoothly but I’m open to also enjoying any little bumps, mishaps and learning experiences. Be kind to me :o)
