Whether you’re worried about your health or the health of loved ones, trying to navigate sudden unemployment or wondering what happens next in the face of uncertainty, you’re not alone.
As things continue to develop during the strict social distancing, the lockdowns, the restrictions easing and 2nd wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, there’s one thing just about everybody STILL has in common: A HUGE increase in anxiety.
Due to all the restrictions I’ve temporarily moved this event ONLINE. I’m going to use the ZOOM platform again - like our last event - which went smoothly and successfully.
Make sure you have your mobile device or laptop handy, a pair of headphones (preferably) and an internet connection – and you’ll be ready to go.
To join the online event, you'll simply need to RSVP and you'll be provided with the event URL details.
If you already use the Zoom platform I'll provide the meeting room ID and password.
Our event will be delivered in two halves...
In the first half, we’ll run through the basics of 'What is Anxiety' and discuss some of the finer details about where it comes from, what triggers it and why/how it affects us physically. A sufferer of anxiety can often feel better once they discover what anxiety is and how it affects us and that 'You're not alone'.
Then in the second half I’ll then show you various ways to reduce your own symptoms of anxiety. This will allow you to take back a little control of your feelings and reactions, then create some confidence, self-esteem and positive changes in your life.
I'll also be giving away FREE gifts to all attendees.
This is a non-judgmental, safe environment where I you’ll be able to speak to me live, or use a chat window if you wish to ask or answer any questions. You're welcome to contribute or simply sit back, listen, absorb and enjoy. (You can always email me later with any personal questions.)
This is the second time I’ll be hosting the event online and I’d love things to run smoothly as last time, but I’m open to also enjoying any little bumps, mishaps and learning experiences. Be kind to me :o)
I look forward to sharing with you all on Thursday 16th july.
PS. There will be a waiting room set up for if you log in to the event early, I'll welcome you all into the event at 6.30pm SHARP :o) and we'll begin.
PPS. You can message me through meetup with any questions or contact me directly via my email [masked]
