Whether you’re concerned about your health, trying to navigate business, a social life, unemployment or wondering what happens next in the face of all this uncertainty, you’re not alone.

Constantly changing pandemic waves rise and fall, social distancing keeps us apart, to mask or not to mask, the lockdown isolates us, media outlets spread empty rhetoric, food prices rise, terrorism, solar minimum, economy struggles, weather change… Ironically, there’s one consistent thing almost everybody STILL has in common: A HUGE increase in anxiety.

SO… let me show you how to effectively reduce both the physical and mental symptoms of anxiety.

Our event will be delivered in two halves...

In the first half of our event, I’ll chat about the basic causes of Anxiety – discussing where it comes from, what triggers it and why/how it affects us differently. As a sufferer of anxiety you can often feel better simply by understanding what anxiety actually is and that 'You're not alone'.

Then in the second half of the event I’ll guide you through various practical ways to reduce your own anxiety symptoms. This will allow you to feel a little more in control of your feelings and reactions, and then create some confidence, self-esteem and positive changes in your life.

I'll also be giving away FREE download gifts to all attendees.

This is a non-judgmental, safe environment where I you’ll be able to speak to me live, or use a chat window to ask any questions. You're welcome to contribute or simply sit back, listen, absorb and enjoy. (You can always email me later with any personal questions.)

To make this event accessible to all, and to avoid restrictions, I’m presenting ONLINE. I’m using ZOOM again – just like our last event - which went smoothly and was enjoyed by all.

Make sure you have your mobile device or laptop handy, a pair of headphones (so you can hear me clearly) and an internet connection – and you’ll be ready to go.

To join the online event, you'll simply need to RSVP and you'll then be provided with a link to join the event. If you already use the Zoom platform I'll provide a meeting room ID and password so you can simply JOIN the event.

I’ve presented various online events, so all should run smoothly… however I’m open to also enjoying any little bumps, mishaps and learning experiences. Please be kind to me if technology tries to sabotage our good time :o)
