Acoustic jam around the bonfire and electric jam in the shed.
If it rains, there is an interior space for the acoustic jam.
For maintaining emergency vehicle access, please don’t park in the driveway - plenty of street parking available.

Driveway entrance is off of 30th Ave SW only. Take 30th ave SW South from Roxbury and driveway is on your left just before the first speed bump.
Bringing food to share is always a nice thing. It depends on the number of people, but a folding chair could be useful…perhaps have one stashed in your trunk.
For the electric jams there is a drum kit, keyboard, electric guitar, bass and amps - no need to bring anything, unless you prefer to use your own ax. I also have bongos and other percussion for the bonfire as well.
