5th Annual Freethinking Camping

Details
Come on out to Freethinking Camping in beautiful Cannon Falls, MN, just a short drive about 30 miles South East of St. Paul!
Camping will take place at a secluded private residence. There are private areas to set up camp, or set up closer to civilization if you'd like. The residence is only 100 yards away from the local Cannon Valley Bike Trail, and near the swimming and water-fun friendly Cannon River for the rustics, with a swimming pool available as well for those who are more urban. This is a family-friendly event with lots for the kiddies to do as well!
The event is limited to around 50, so RSVP early to get your spot!
This year we will be doing our 2nd Annual free-will donation to Camp Quest (http://minnesota.campquest.org/). Do not feel like you have to donate, but there will be a collection taken for those of us who want to give back to freethinking kid campers in Minnesota! Last year we raised $350.00 together- let's try to beat that this year!
Saturday Afternoon/Evening:
Set up to start on Saturday at 1pm, dinner around 5pm. Detailed list of food/drink info for supper, snacks & breakfast is listed below at the end of the post.
Sunday Morning: the canoe trip is scheduled for Sunday morning until early afternoon. Please state when you RSVP if you'd like to also attend the canoe trip so that we can make a reservation for you. (You will have to pay for canoe rental fee.) We will verify exact times of canoe trip when the date gets closer.
Not a camper? Come out for just the afternoon/evening on Saturday or the morning/afternoon on Sunday!
Activities Available: Some activities that will be included in the weekend on Saturday afternoon/evening and Sunday morning: bike riding/walking/roller-blading on the bike trail (some bikes available if needed); horses- driving the cart or riding/swimming in the river; swimming (river and pool); and an awesome campfire! There may also be a mini golf course available this year, who knows? :)
Doggilies: Feel free to bring furry friends, but please be responsible for your animal!
Canoe/Kayak/Bike Rental: There are also businesses just up and down the river (about 6 miles away) that rent canoes, kayaks, tubes, and bikes. (They also provide shuttle service back to your car for these activities.) Please see the following websites for more information:
