MECFS Canterbury

Welcome to MECFS Canterbury
We are a community health and clinical service organisation based in Christchurch, New Zealand.

We exist to improve the wellbeing of people, families and carers affected by ME/CFS and Long Covid in the Canterbury and West Coast regions. We do this by providing information, validation, clinical support, connection, practical support, and advocacy.  

We also work to continuously improve the quality of care available for those affected by ME/CFS by providing education and support to health professionals and the wider community. 

*ME/CFS is Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
