Several new businesses have been invited to present their product or service to the CapCHI community. Each entrepreneur will have five minutes to introduce their company and underline some of the key challenges they have faced in the first few years since launch. Following each presentation will be a short question period, and later in the evening there will be time to meet the presenters to discuss their challenges in greater detail.

He is a UX & Service Design professional, author, and interactive storytelling pilgrim. He has been a Creative Director, Product Manager, Visual Designer, Assistant Editor-in-Chief, Translator, Software Developer & more.

Jed Looker coordinates the Human-Centred Design program at Algonquin College. He has been developing user-experience for products and services for the past twenty years, and his research has examined sustainable development in design school curricula, as well as human factors for augmented and virtual reality systems.
