Captains Practice is co-ed group fitness, set atop the backdrop of organized sports. We meet weekly, and rotate seasonly. At present, we're in the heart of basketball season, so expect an hour of drills, some mini games, and some more traditional exercises. Led by a certified Equinox trainer, Captains Practice is for anyone who likes working out, but finds the gym to be monotonous.
