Go Hack Night

Details
Come along and get hands-on with some Go code!
Feel free to bring suggestions of the kind of problems you'd want to look into, open Pull Request to suggest them ahead of time or just browse through project and talk ideas here: https://github.com/golang-cymru/cardiff-meetup-code
This evening is an opportunity for us to kick off/continue work on some longer running projects that we may want to work on as a group across a series of hack nights. But even if you have no experience with Go and want help getting set up or finding training materials please feel free to come along - code contribution is not required!
We hope this will allow people of all skill levels and familiarity with Go to participate/learn/share more about the language as well as different approaches.
Agenda:
6-6.20pm - Arrive - Beer & Pizza
6.20-6.30pm - Discuss topics and split into groups
6.30-7.30pm - First half coding
7.30-7.45 - Optional half time break
7.45-8.30pm - Second half coding
8.30-8.45pm - Present and discuss progress
TramshedTech (http://tramshedtech.net/en/home-page/) are our awesome hosts for the evening! If you're looking for co-working space in Cardiff it's a good way to get a feel for what they have going on.
Methods (https://methodsdigital.co.uk/) are sponsoring our use of Tramshed as well as our coding fuel (beer & pizza!) so massive thanks to them! If you want to know a bit more about what Methods do, have a chat to Eleanor Deal (https://twitter.com/unoxymoronic) on the night.
