Our seminar topics cover some obvious topics such as writing resumes which recruiters will read. We cover advanced topics such as negotiating your job offer. Finally, we cover topics that few people consider such as how to have a job created for you when no job exists.
Every event is free to job seekers. However, if anyone wants to contribute to offset our expenses, it will be gladly accepted.
Career-Confidence.org is a business education organization. All the content is controlled by people who are experienced, professional recruiters. At the end of most seminars, there is a 10-minute Christian story. The legal entity that runs this is a Christian organization.
Professional people who unexpectedly find themselves needing work. No one likes being out of work. We want to help you streamline your job search.

Leadership is a mythical quality that many people aspire to. Some truly have it, some truly do not. The exceptional ones, such as Martin Luther King, Abraham Lincoln, or even Jimmy Hoffa, were very strong at it as they needed to be to drive large initiatives in extensive organizations. The rest of us, however, have neither the superb acumen that they have, nor do we need it to drive our smaller organizations and initiatives.
With good insight into the foundations of leadership, and a reasonable opportunity to nurture them, many of us can sharpen our sensibilities to the highest level that we take them, which is more than good enough to serve our own purposes. Please sit in on this session for me to illustrate these foundations of it and help you decide what level you can take them to.
