Everything That You Wanted to Ask Corporate HR Recruiters but Were Afraid to Ask

Details

Join us for a panel discussion of, "Ask the HR Recruiter", where we turn the tables, so to speak, and you get to interview the HR recruiters. While HR recruiters are not as important as the Hiring Managers when it comes to employment decisions, they do have influence during the process and having them on your side could make the difference.

Therefore, it is important for you to know what is important to them and how you can help them to make you look good to the hiring managers. We have assembled a panel of HR recruiters from area companies who want to help job seekers to present their best selves during the hiring process.

This is a behind-the-scenes opportunity where you get your chance to ask questions that you always wanted to but never had a proper forum or opportunity to do so.

While we will have some prepared questions for our panelists, we will provide an opportunity for you to submit your own questions, as well, so that you can be the interviewer rather than the interviewee for a night.

At the end of this panel discussion, attendees will learn:

  1. To more effectively use your time to focus on those things that are more important to corporate HR recruiters and avoid time wasters on activities that are not.
  2. To debunk some of the "urban legends" and outdated information that plagues the current job search process and demoralizes job seekers.
  3. The secrets from insiders in Corporate HR as to how the hiring process really works rather than how companies, the staffing industry and the career coaching business wants you to think how it works.
  4. What internal company HR recruiters really think about things when they are not operating out of their official capacity as company hiring representatives.
  5. To speed up your job search process by leveraging inside information and put you at a competitive advantage against other job seekers who haven’t learned from insiders how the job search process really works.
