We are all caregivers.  We have gifts, talents, and skills to offer each other every day, especially in times of need.  We take turns caring for each other.  We give and receive care together, all at the same time.

As caregivers, our emotional intelligence is a vital skill for both professional and informal caregivers, family, friends, and neighbors. It affects our ability to care for ourselves and others.
