What we're about

This is a group of beginner to intermediate road cyclists. Our goal is physical fitness through riding and helping those who are looking to advance their fitness level and learning the ins and outs of road cycling. We would like to work up to the level, over the summer of riding, to be able to ride from Oceanside Harbor to Dana Point Harbor and back, for a calorie burning 57 mile ride. It is always nice to ride with a group of friendly and supportive, like minded, people. Come join us!

San Clemente to Swallows Day Parade in San Juan Capistrano

Avenida Califia and S. Ola Vista in San Clemente

Let's meet in San Clemente at intersection of Avenida Califia and S. Ola Vista in San Clemente. Park on streets nearby. We will ride through San Clemente on the bike route through residential streets to the bike trail that goes to Doheny State Beach, then we will take the San Juan Creek Trail to San Juan Capistrano. We will try to get a spot at Ellie's Table to eat and view the parade. I have never attended this parade before. If it is too crowded to eat in San Juan Capistrano, we can find a place to eat at Dana Point Harbor after the parade. Therefore, you may want to pack a snack just in case. http://www.swallowsparade.com/ https://www.elliestable.com/ Approximately 27 miles total.
