What we're about

We are a group of amateur and professional nature photographers based in the central region of North Carolina. We welcome photographers at all levels of experience from beginners to professionals to become join us.

Our goals are:
-To promote nature photography in the Carolinas
-To create an awareness and appreciation for the area’s natural beauty

-To educate others interested in nature and wildlife photography.

We have regular meetings the 2nd Monday of each month, currently meeting at Griffith Recreation Center located at 5301 Hilltop Rd, Greensboro, NC at 6:30pm. We have regular outings once or twice a month and Meetup outings whenever we have something that looks like a fun photo shoot! We have all different abilities of photographer from beginner to professional, and we love to share our abilities, favorite places and most importantly our photography! Join us!

There is no cost to join the Meetup, but after attending any combination of 2 meetings or 2 outings, we will ask you to join CNPA - it's very reasonable. Go to CNPA's website at: http://www.cnpa.org/ Go to the Membership pull-down menu and select Join CNPA.

If you have any questions contact the Triad region coordinator John Poer at triad-coordinator@cnpa.org
