Just to clarify this is a very busy venue so I think as you arrive ìt would be best to text or call me on 07943 958 964 and I will be able to 'talk you in' I will be waiting with a red sign INSIDE the Royal Festival Hall building the side entrance, from the Concert Hall Approach road, near the statue of Nelson Mandela.
We will meet at The Southbank Centre for coffee or mulled wine, it will be busy so please have my mobile no. 07943 958 964.

We will then explore The Southbank Centre a fantastic art and live events venue and all it has to offer inside and out, especially the Winter Wonderland Christmas markets. There will also be street food to eat before walking along the Southbank to see the fabulous decorations.
We will pass the icons on the map below including the London Eye. The (back of) the TV studios for a bit of stargazing! the BFI and the OXO Tower and on towards the Tate Modern, where if there is time we can also explore. We can also walk to the Globe Theatre.

From here we will walk across the Millennium (wobbly) Bridge taking in the splendid view of St Paul's Cathedral and their splendid Christmas Tree, cameras at the ready.

We should still have time to walk around the environs of St Paul's including Paternoster Square where we can stop for a drink before heading home.
St Paul's station is on the Central Line for easy access towards home.
