First timers who RSVP please SMS or WhatsApp the organizers your mobile number in case of emergency announcement. This should be done as soon as possible, failing which the organizers have the right to remove you from the game without notice at any time.

Members who need to change your RSVP within 24 hours before the event must provide a replacement player, failing which the member will still be charged for the session. RSVP can only be done for subsequent games AFTER the outstanding fee is paid.
