One of our most requested classes - Gemstone Bezel Set Rings. Register below! Learn how to to create and bezel set a gemstone in sterling silver from beginning to end. We will create a bezel setting for a cabochon gemstone, solder the bezel, create a back plate, solder the bezel to the back plate, create and solder the ring, file, finish and polish the ring, (optional - patina the ring) and finally, set the gemstone. Supplies: Option to 1. purchase supplies in class or 2. bring your cabochon gemstone, pebble, fossil or equivalent, fine silver bezel wire (to fit your cabochon), and sterling silver sheet. Tools and studio supplies like flux, solder, fuel, patina and more provided. Supply list will be provided to paid registrants. Class hours are 10:00-5:00; we will have a one hour lunch break.
