As an organizer of this event since 2004 (I have celiac), I always look for a great program for the group. "Airs" is one of Paul's lyrical responses to baroque music (by Handel) and, while plotless, it has a delightfully spiritual feel. "Lost, Found and Lost" is a wry comment on the fashionistas of the '80s, using the kind of soupy chestnuts you hear in a supermarket or elevator -- and while he hated the music at the beginning, Paul came to like it, as do I! And "Rush Hour" exemplifies the new Paul Taylor American Modern Dance -- Paul commissioned Larry Keigwin to make this work to a brand new, exciting score, and audiences go wild at its conclusion. In other words, this is a wonderful program, preceded by a light GF supper arranged by the Center. Hope to see you there!!!
